Eligibility: Program is for couples or individuals with an annual income of $100,000 or more. One offer per family/household, no groups. Employees of Marriott International, Inc. its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families, and current owners of Marriott Vacation Club International properties are ineligible for this offer. Presentation: Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately.

Offer: You must call and purchase your preview package within 14 days of offer receipt. Total retail value of this offer is up to $1,425. Arrivals between March 1st and October 31st will pay a package price of $449. Arrivals between November 1st and February 28th will pay a package price of $249. Retail value of the accommodations is up to $475 per night. No shows will forfeit package and purchase price. This is an advance purchase package. Purchase must be made with a valid major credit card, and a credit card is required upon check-in. A nonrefundable deposit of $199 is required at time of purchase. Balance is due at the time travel dates are reserved. Airfare, transportation, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer. A written confirmation of your reservation is required upon check-in. Offer is subject to space availability. Package offer is nontransferable. Purchase price is nonrefundable. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid an additional $99 charge. Alternate accommodations of comparable value may be used, if necessary. A $99 surcharge applies during holiday and special event periods.
