The offer includes six nights’ accommodation in a two-bedroom apartment at Marriott’s Playa Andaluza and a rental car. Offer subject to availability. Depending on availability, alternative accommodation may be offered at another Marriott resort or a Marriott-approved hotel. Please note that pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.

Qualification:
Only residents of AK, CA, DE, DC, KS, MD, MO, NM, NC, PA, VT, VA, WI, or WY are eligible for this offer. This promotional offer is designed for couples or qualified singles with a joint annual income in excess of $90,000/€60,000. It is based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment or hotel room. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; individuals may purchase separately. Failure to meet any requirements of the details of participation will result in the charge of the retail value for accommodations. Offer subject to change without notice. Purchase price is non-refundable. Airfare, transportation, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer.

Restrictions:
No group bookings. This offer is nontransferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI holiday owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other MVCI holiday offer in the last 18 months, or to employees of Marriott International and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

Pricing:
The offer price is $1199/€849 per package. Cost of the offer is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club International. Full retail cost of the offer is up to $2898/€2300 and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice.

Car Rental:
Rental car includes cost of a 4-door economy hire car (VW Polo or equivalent) only on supplier’s conditions of use and excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g. Super CDW, Petrol, etc. Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included. Any additional insurance required is payable by the customer. Drivers must be aged over 18 and must present a valid driver's license at collection. Car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by the customer over and above those stated above. Changes within 14 days of arrival date cannot guarantee car availability.

Expiry Date:
Expiration date is 12/31/09. All guests must travel within 12 months of purchase date. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only change their travel dates once. A flat $126/€100 reschedule fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, MVCI Services Ltd, Cork Call Centre, 4700 Cork Airport Business Park, Kinsale Road, Cork, Ireland or fax +353 (0)21 231 5001. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 40% of the subsidised offer price for open dated packages purchased but not booked; 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur. In the event Marriott Vacation Club International decides unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid.

Operator’s Insolvency:
This travel package is organised by MVCI Europe Ltd. Arrangements have been made pursuant to the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 to safeguard your monies paid in conjunction with this offer and to cover the cost of the package in the event of the operator's insolvency.
